DENVER -- Solving the problems on the 16th Street Mall could possibly happen by taking it private.

That's one of several options being looked at by city and business leaders.

It would clearly require some big changes for that to occur.

FOX31 Denver's Dave Young found out this has worked in other cities like Kansas City. He shows us what it would take to make it happen in Denver.
