Bonfils taking donations for Orlando shooting

DENVER -– Bonfils Blood Center has received inquiries from Coloradans wishing to assist in the response to the tragic shooting in Orlando, Fla.

Bonfils has not specifically been asked to send blood, but OneBlood, the blood center responding in Orlando, has put out an urgent nationwide request for products.

Anyone wishing to donate the Orlando shooting victims can make an appointment at any of Bonfils' seven community donor centers and mention group No. 7300 or mention the Orlando Memorial Drive.

Appointments are strongly encouraged at community donor centers and can be made online or during regular business hours by calling 303-363-2300.
