Rafting down Clear Creek.

IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo. — Eight people on a guided raft tour ended up in the water after a raft flipped on Clear Creek early Saturday night, the Clear Creek Sheriff’s Office said.

Emergency personnel and raft company employees were able to rescue all eight.

Three were taken to a hospital, two with minor injuries. One victim is in critical condition after being revived by CPR.

The accident comes at a time when many rescues have been made and many warnings about the fast-flowing water. Clear Creek has restrictions in place downstream of where the raft flipped.
