DENVER — A Denver District Court judge ruled that a lawsuit involving U.S. Senate candidate Jon Keyser cannot move forward.

The judge said he did not have jurisdiction to hear the case.

Keyser has been involved in controversy after accusations were raised that he submitted false signatures in order to qualify for the ballot.

The lawsuit tried to make any votes cast for Keyser not count in the June 28 Republican primary.
