Suspects in separate robberies being sought

DENVER — Police are looking for suspects from two separate robberies that happened earlier this month.

At about 9:20 p.m. on May 21, a suspect is alleged to have taken money bags from the Macy’s department store at The Shops of Northfield Stapleton (8298 E. Northfield Blvd.). Police said the man ran out the door to a waiting green car with peeling paint.

He is described as a black male, 22 to 29 years old, 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds. He was missing teeth and had his hair in dreadlocks.

At about 4:10 p.m. on May 24, a suspect entered Champa Mart at 2960 Champ St. and is alleged to have robbed a victim at gunpoint.

He is described as a black man who is 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-8. He was wearing a blue mask and black head wrap.
