Rollover car crash near C-470 at Ken Caryl causes delays

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — A crash near C-470 at West Ken Caryl Avenue on Saturday afternoon was expected to cause delays, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

It happened just before 3 p.m. on West Ken Caryl Avenue near C-470. The driver of a reported red Corvette was transported to a hospital to be treated for injuriees.

Speed and possible impairment are being investigated as possible factors.

CSP in Golden said the accident would not impact C-470 traffic.

Authorities confirmed the accident was not fatal.
