DENVER -- Earlier this week, a Denver neighborhood was spotlighted in its fight to stop a huge apartment complex from going in across from popular Crestmoor Park.

Neighbors complained the process was rigged in favor of the developer.

The FOX31 Denver Problem Solvers obtained secret emails between the developer and a Denver city councilwoman who serves the area.
