DENVER — In typical Colorado fashion, after several warm days of sunshine, the cold weather has moved back in for one last April storm.
Chances for rain and snow were predicted for the foothills and the mountains, with the most snow predicted overnight Thursday.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for several parts of the state, including the Colorado Springs area and elevations above 6000 feet in many counties.
Viewers and reporters across the metro area and beyond have been sending their photos and videos of the storm. The wet weather is predicted to continue through Saturday.
The Rockies postponed their game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday because of poor weather conditions.
