Snow slows afternoon commute between Denver, Colorado Springs

LARKSPUR, Colo. — For drivers headed between Denver and Colorado Springs on Tuesday afternoon, be prepared to see snow, in some cases enough to slow traffic.

Video from Travis Henry shows what Interstate 25 near Larkspur was like after 3 pm.

The Colorado Department of Transportation is reporting delayed speeds south of Castle Rock to Monument. Its interactive map shows wet and snowy road conditions there and into the mountains west of Denver.
