AURORA, Colo. — A vehicle went into a home Monday morning, and the homeowner said it’s the third time it has happened.
Two people were treated for minor injuries after the vehicle went into the home at 28 S. Evanston Way, Aurora Fire Rescue said.
A passenger was seen limping at the scene and the driver was sitting on the curb.
The female homeowner said she will be displaced because of the structural damage caused by the crash. The American Red Cross is helping the woman.
She said she has gone to meetings about trying to get stop signs or speed bumps installed on the street. She said because of construction on nearby Sable Boulevard, drivers “fly down” Evanston Way because it’s being used as a detour.
