“Race” tells the story of Olympian Jesse Owens and his epic win at the Berlin Games of 1936.  It’s stand up and cheer good. You'll learn a whole new side of the American hero his daughters were onset during filming, able to bring authenticity to the movie. Parente’s final take, this is exactly the reason we go to the movies, a great story, well told, inspiring and based on real events. It won't win an Oscar, but it will win your heart. Jason Sudeikis also stars as the coach of Jesse Owens.
