One structure burns in Weld County grass fire

WELD COUNTY, Colo. — One structure burned in a wind-driven grass fire in Weld County on Thursday.

The fire started in the 63000 block of Weld County Road 75, between Weld County roads 128 and 130, the Weld County Sheriff’s Office said.

The size of the fire has not been determined. It’s unknown if there are any injuries.

Multiple agencies, including the Pawnee, Briggsdale and Nunn fire districts, responded to the fire.

As of 3 p.m., representatives from Weld County Sheriff’s Office said the fire was out and crews were clearing the scene.
