So you’ve seen by now, I’m pregnant! I was active before and know there are great pre and postnatal benefits to staying fit while pregnant. But I was really nervous to continue my exercise routine. I didn’t know what I could do, and more importantly, what I shouldn’t do while my pregnancy progressed. So I headed to Vital Strength and Fitness to meet with a trainer and get some advice. I learned there are three things to keep in mind while you’re working out. Keep doing what you’ve been doing, but nothing new. Listen to your body and keep proper form. Every woman, is different and every pregnancy is different so always talk to your doctor. And have fun!
