Broncos rallies scheduled this weekend; Panthers rally draws giant crowd

Broncos Country fan rally Jan. 22, prior to the AFC Championship game

DENVER — Game on, Broncos Country. Panthers fans have set the bar high. 30,000 Carolina fans showed up to a wild and packed Panthers pep rally on Friday.

Broncos Country will be able to show off their team pride with two rallies planned for the weekend.

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock is inviting fans to join him and guests at Civic Center Park for music and fun on Sunday, January 31 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Entertainment and activities at the rally will include:

  • Mayor Michael Hancock
  • Miles the Mascot and Denver Broncos Cheerleaders
  • Denver Broncos Alumni
  • Music from DJ Chonz and the North High School Drum Line
  • Blue and orange themed chalk art giveaways
  • Food trucks

Broncos fans are also invited to celebrate at Sports Authority’s pregame party on Saturday at the Park Meadows Sports Authority location.

There will be special appearances from Miles the Mascot, Broncos cheerleaders Lauren and Katie B., and former Broncos players Ed McCaffrey and Rod Smith.

Fans will also have chances to win prizes and experience on-site activities. The rally is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
