DENVER -- If you’re a big Broncos fan, this is the time to vocalize your team pride. A Denver radio station is giving away free tickets to Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.

But there's a catch. You must leave a voice message proving why you’re one of the team’s biggest fans.

Radio station 103.5 The FOX hopes its Mile High Salute contest will separate the ponies from the stallions.

“If you throw some Broncos tickets out there, people will do just about anything to win them, especially a playoff game,” morning show host Rick Lewis said.

The messages only need to be about 10 seconds long. If you want to win, Lewis recommends creativity, humor and a willingness to sound a little nutty.

“The more creative and crazier you get with your cheer, the better the chance you have to win,” Lewis said.

Incorporating music doesn’t hurt either.

The station has held similar contests before.

“They’re rabid. We’ve done contests where people strip down naked and run around the stadium,” longtime creative services director and radio host Roger King said.

And the station expects this contest to be no different, with fans pulling out all the stops to try to win a seat to witnessing Broncos history.

If you want to participate, call 303-713-8383 and leave your message. You can also learn more by checking out 103.5 The Fox’s website.
