DENVER -- A Denver restaurant has taken to Facebook to ask for help in catching a thief, in exchange for free pizza for a year.

Kaos Pizzeria says the burglary happened at 4:30 a.m. Sunday at their location at 1439 S. Pearl St.

The burglar is described as a tall white man, about 6-foot-2 with a shaved head, wearing a hoodie, headphones and a backpack at the time of the crime.

The restaurant posted three videos to YouTube and their Facebook page, hoping someone could identify the thief pictured in them. The videos had almost 4,000 views by Thursday.

The description posted with the videos states:

If yours is the tip that lands him in jail, we'll give you FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR!

Please share this video, to help protect our community from jerks who skulk about in sunglasses at night and steal from small businesses.

Kaos said the thief is also suspected of additional burglaries in the neighborhood. The Facebook posts did not clarify how much or what was stolen from Kaos Pizzeria.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Denver police Det. Mark Matthews at 720-913-1170 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
