DENVER — You can add Anderson Cooper to the list of air travelers who spent more time than expected in Denver this week.

The CNN anchor tweeted Wednesday afternoon that his flights from Denver to New York keep getting canceled or delayed.

Cooper tweeted to his New Year’s Eve co-host Kathy Griffin that he promised to make it back in time for the pair’s Time Square coverage Thursday night.

In recent days, long security lines and severe weather across the country have caused problems for travelers at DIA.
