GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – A Grand Junction teen battling cancer got her Christmas wish a little early, thanks to Taylor Swift.

13-year-old, Delaney Clements, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma five years ago.

She has courageously battled the cancer but it has spread to her brain.

Delaney has always wanted to meet Taylor Swift and her family and friends wanted to make that wish come true.

They started a social media campaign #DelaneyMeetTaylor … and it worked!

The hashtag caught the attention of the superstar and Swift decided to make Delaney’s wish come true.

Delaney’s mom posted some pictures on Facebook of her daughter hanging out with Taylor on Saturday afternoon.

These photos can be seen in the gallery above.

Swift even posted a collage of photos to her own Instagram account.
