DENVER -- A group of young football players and their parents were all geared up for the first season of Snoop Dogg's youth football league in Colorado.

But last month, the league was canceled just a few weeks in. So another youth football league stepped in to help their peers.

The American Youth Sports Tournament saw a group of kids that were down on their luck.

The donation of half of their state championship tournament gave the kids not only the games they thought they would miss but it also brought back their spirit.
