KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. — Free Wi-Fi is popping up everywhere and for a school district in West Virginia, it’s coming to school buses.

Administrators say they believe it will encourage better behavior during a bus ride.

Somes tudents have to ride the bus for an hour each way so this could help them get a jump on their studies.

But the cost has some parents angry as it will cost $63,000 to give every bus Wi-Fi.
