CARLSBAD, Calif. -- A helicopter went spinning wildly out of control on Wednesday, and the terrible accident was recorded on video.

A witness told the Fox affiliate in San Diego that the helicopter appeared to have a normal landing at Palomar Airport late Wednesday afternoon, then something happened to the rotors and the helicopter went into an uncontrollable spin.

It ended up catching fire and two people inside were killed.
