SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. -- Winter season in Colorado's mountains means lots of jobs in ski resort communities.

But the people who work at the resorts say what's not available are places to live.

Macradee Aegerter shows in her video report why this is happening and introduces one man who is making it work anyway.
