Crews put out fire outside Gateway High School

AURORA, Colo. — A fire was extinguished outside Gateway High School on Tuesday morning, the Aurora Fire Department said.

Officials said the fire south of the school in trees, at the corner of East Florida Avenue and South Sable Boulevard.

Sable was closed between Florida and East Arizona Avenue as crews mopped up the fire.

No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
