Man charged in sexual assaults on at-risk men
DENVER — A man has been formally charged in sexually assaulting two at-risk men, the Denver District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Gregory DeLille, 34, is charged with six counts of unlawful sexual contact on an at-risk adult. The charges allege DeLille unlawfully touched the intimate parts of two at-risk men.
In the first incident on Aug. 23, DeLille is accused of assaulting a 21-year-old man. The victim was using a learning disability medication that made him sleepy. DeLille is accused of assaulting him while he was asleep, the DA’s office said.
In a second incident on Oct. 10, DeLille is accused of touching the intimate parts of a physically disabled 26-year-old man who is confined to a wheelchair.
The Denver Police Department identified DeLille as a suspect and he was arrested Sunday.
He remains in custody with bond set at $50,000 in each case. He is scheduled to appear in court Friday to be formally advised of the charges.
