Missing 80-year-old with dementia from Aurora found safe

Aurora Police were looking for Alexander Anderson, 80, a missing man with dementia.

AURORA, Colo. — A missing man with dementia was found late Saturday, the Aurora Police Department said.

Police asked for the public’s help in locating the missing 80-year-old man, who suffered from other health ailments as well as dementia.

Alexander Anderson was last seen in the area of 21 Del Mar Circle at approximately 2 p.m. Saturday.

Police posted his description around 8 p.m. on Facebook. Around 10 p.m., they announced Anderson was found unharmed and safe.
