A pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run at East 11th Avenue and Grant Street on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015.

DENVER — A pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood on Tuesday morning, the Denver Police Department said.

The crash happened at East 11th Avenue and Grant Street just before 6 a.m., police said.

The pedestrian suffered serious bodily injuries and was transported to a hospital. The injuries are not considered life threatening.

Police did not release the age or gender of the victim. No suspect vehicle information was released.
