FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. — Rap music star Chris Brown will not be charged for assault after an incident in Federal Heights last month.

A woman accused Brown of throwing her off his tour bus during an after-party outside of Platinum 84 strip club.

She hired an attorney, but now says she no longer wants to pursue the case.

So the case has been ruled “inactive.”

Brown had said from the beginning the claim was bogus.
