ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – The Broncos waived three players Tuesday, reducing their roster to 75 players ahead of Tuesday’s 2 p.m. deadline.

The team waived third-year receiver Nathan Palmer, rookie linebacker Danny Mason and tight end Dan Light.

The moves came one day after the team waived nine players and traded offensive tackle Chris Clark to the Houston Texans for a seventh-round draft pick.

The Broncos play their final preseason game Thursday night at Sports Authority Field at Mile High against the Arizona Cardinals.

The team will have to reduce its final roster to 53 players by 2 p.m. Saturday.

The regular season begins Sept. 13 at home against the Baltimore Ravens.
