DENVER — Chipotle is looking to hire thousands, as restaurant chains struggle to attract and retain employees.

Chipotle announced Monday they will try to hire 4,000 new employees in just one day.

That day will be Sept. 9, the company’s first ever national career day.

On that day, management teams at U.S. locations will hold interviews for up to 60 people.  The website says that the process will go from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Chipotle’s CO-CEO said more restaurants are opening, but there are fewer job applicants.

To register for the resturant’s career day, fill out the form online.
