Pearl Street Fitness has launched live streaming virtual workouts through the new Twitter app Periscope.

Now, in addition to their small, ever-changing in-person group fitness classes, Pearl Street Fitness will be available to those on the go, around the globe.

Users can follow @PearlStreetFit to get instantly updated when a new workout is live, and then stream on the Periscope App. Pearl Street Periscope workouts will be streamed three times per week (starting Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), using “hearts” and feedback from current users to determine and adjust/add days and times.

Streaming classes will be 30-minute “express” versions of the traditional 60-minute Pearl Street Fitness workout. All workouts will be easy to do from anywhere and not require any special equipment.

Currently, all classes will be FREE and led by “Papa Pearl”, Scott St. John, who currently creates the unique programming at all three Denver locations.
