BOULDER — Fire destroyed a home in northern Boulder County on Tuesday night.

Dispatchers received a 911 call at about 5:05 p.m. to a house in the 14000 block of North 75th Street, just south of Woodland Road.

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said a caller said a clothes dryer outside the house caught fire.

Even though residents tried to put it out, the flames spread to the house.

Crews were still fighting the fire three hours later and working on hot spots inside the residence.  There were no injuries.

Several agencies responded to the fire, including the Red Cross, which was helping the three people who lived there.

An investigation team will begin its work Wednesday.
