Westbound I-70 reopens after three-hour closure for jack-knifed semitrailer

DENVER — Westbound Interstate 70 was closed for three hours at Quebec Street on Monday morning after a semitrailer jack-knifed, the Denver Police Department said.

Traffic was diverted off the interstate and onto Quebec Street as crews worked to clean up the accident that happened just before 9 a.m.

It’s not known if there were any injures.

The interstate reopened just after noon.
