CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- Some family members of the 12 people killed in the Aurora theater shooting spoke about their feelings after the shooter's life was spared and the decision that he will spend the rest of his life in prison.

They expressed their gratitude to the District Attorney and prosecutors, but also talked about the pain they will have to endure for the rest of their lives because of the shooter's actions. "We didn't lose our loved ones. They were ripped from us!"
