Boulder Creek

BOULDER, Colo. — Weeks after the disappearance of a tuber in Boulder Creek a body was found, on Tuesday that body was identified by coroners  as the missing tuber.

Chris Danko, 35, went tubing on May 11 when he was swept downstream.

Crews searched for his body for multiple days before calling off the search.   It wasn’t until June 30 that the body was found by a passerby.

On Tuesday, nearly a month after Danko was last seen wading the water, the Boulder County Coroner confirmed that body was Danko’s.

The cause and manner of his death was not released.
