June 12-14, 2015,  play over 150 pinball machines, classic and retro arcade games – no quarters needed. The new location, Denver Marriott South at Park Meadows, boasts twice the space with every pop- and geek-culture icon represented. This three-day, family-friendly event caters to all ages and gaming skill levels on the largest public collection of pinball and classic arcade games set on free play in Colorado. Admission gives free access to all games, movies, speakers, tournaments, and exhibitors buying, selling and repairing machines, parts and gameroom musts. The Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown and Gameroom Expo is a great family outing, date night, escape with friends, and a way to meet an amazing community of fans.

An added bonus, play retro console video games like it is the 1980s on Intellivision, 8-bit to 64-bit Nintendo systems, Atari and Sega Genesis. See a rare Bushido pinball machine from Spain, one of a handful in existence, and an unusual, fully mechanical 1930s World Series pinball by Rockola. The show features special guests from Jersey Jack Pinball, Spooky Pinball, WhizBang Pinball, Stern Pinball, Pinball News, and The Pinball Podcast.

PinChat seminars are a great way to learn fix-it and game-playing tips and to meet community. Sessions include Arcade Monitor Repair with; The Hobbit's Tale: Jersey Jack Pinball’s new The Hobbit pinball machine; The Pinball Podcast Live!, a podcast dedicated to hard-hitting, soul-shaking, pinball pontification; So Awesome it's Scary: Spooky Pinball’s production of Ben Heck’s “America’s Most Haunted,” which ranks in the top 20 games of all time on Pinside; and Whoa Nellie! Big Juicy Melons pinball machine designed by WhizBang Pinball and produced by Stern Pinball.

Fans may win trophies in 14 different friendly pinball tournaments for all ages and skill levels that challenge individuals, kids, and parent-kid teams. The show awards over $3,000 in cash prizes, including a $1,000 grand prize for the pinball Open Tournament, where all fans can compete. New this year, the B Division tournaments offer a new tier of cash prizes for skill play in the Open, Classic Solid State and Electro-mechanical Tournaments.

New this year, enjoy exclusive access to all games and special debut party guests with a VIP event pass. Friday, 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.:  The Hobbit Pinball Machine Colorado Debut Party with Jersey Jack Pinball. Saturday, 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.: Whoa Nellie! Big Juicy Melons Pinball Machine Colorado Debut Party with Stern Pinball and WhizBang Pinball. Event tickets limited to 250 VIP guests per night; 18 years of age and up only.

General admission is $25 one-day adult pass; $15 one-day kid pass (7-12 years); kids 6 and under free; $35 VIP event pass (18+years). Regular show hours are all ages welcome:  11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, June 12; 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, June 13; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 14.
