CASTLE ROCK, Colo. — An 18-year-old inmate who did not return from unsupervised work release was captured Thursday morning.

Richard Jacob Olejniczak was last seen in the Meadows Subdivision in Castle Rock and was scheduled to return to custody at 12:30 a.m. Thursday, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said.
