Pregnant woman struck by vehicle in Thornton crash loses baby
THORNTON, Colo. — A teenage driver who lost control of his vehicle and hit a family last month could face new charges.
The pregnant mother who was hit in the accident has lost her baby.
Police say a teenager lost control of the car and struck another vehicle, which then hit the woman, her toddler son and another relative on Feb. 18.
Investigators are trying to determine if speed was a factor.
