4 adults, 1 juvenile hospitalized after street fight in Highlands Ranch neighborhood

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. -- Five people including one juvenile were injured in a street fight early Monday evening.

Douglas County deputies were investigating the scene in the 8800 block of Chestnut Hill Lane where a knife and other tools were possibly used.

All five people went to the hospital. They were expected to recover.

Investigators were getting ready to leave the neighborhood before 6 p.m. and neighbors were allowed back into their homes.

UPDATE: All 5 Individuals have released from hospital, and 2 arrests have been made.

Douglas County Sheriff's Office said a verbal dispute earlier in the day led to confrontation that afternoon, but won't say if it was related to bullying at this point.

Sgt. Hanavan said it was more "name calling" and feels both sides are at fault.

This investigation is on going so identities if the two arrestees are not yet being released.
