Mexican Hot Chocolate:

12 servings

½ cup sugar

2 tbsp flour

¼ cup cocoa

1 ½ cups water

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cloves

6 cups milk

1 tbsp vanilla

  1. Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, water, spices and cook about 4 minutes
  2. Add 6 cups of milk and bring to a scald
  3. Add vanilla
