FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Two people arrested Saturday on charges of murder, kidnapping and conspiracy are likely considered suspects in the death of a 28-year-old Fort Collins woman.

Police arrested Jose Rosario, 35; and Kimberly Guinn, 32, in connection with “a missing person report received by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 20,” LCSO said.

Andrea Bartmess was reported missing on that same day. Her body was discovered near Red Feather Lakes Road last week. She was a victim of homicide, police said.

Police have already arrested Michael Louis Bensen, 45; and Patrick Austin Hannon, 51, in connection with the death.

The sheriff’s office did not directly confirm that Rosario and Guinn were suspects in the murder, but did confirm that they are thought to be involved in an ongoing missing persons investigation.
