DUI, vehicular homicide charges filed against woman involved in fatal crash

DENVER — The district attorney’s office has charged a 56-year-old Denver woman with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence for allegedly causing a crash that killed a Commerce City woman.

Robbin Leigh Verser was charged Wednesday, said Sue Lindsay of the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.

Verser was involved in a two-vehicle crash at 60th Avenue and Highway 85 about 4:41 a.m., Nov. 21.

The crash killed Ashley Nicole Bradberry, 24.

Verser was injured in the crash and taken to a hospital after the crash and arrested after her treatment, Lindsay said.

She is being held on a $20,000 bond.
