At what age should kids stay home alone

It’s a question all parents must ask, at some point:  “Is my child ready to stay alone?”  In Colorado, age 12 is a generally-accepted guideline, but it’s not a given.  Good Day Colorado talked to counselor Cheryl  Somers  from Colorado Teen Therapy about the risks involved – and the questions parents need to ask before leaving a child alone
