Deputies looking for bus driver who may have seen Walmart shooting

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. — Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the driver of a yellow bus who may have been a witness to a fatal shooting at a Walmart parking lot.

The shooting happened Oct. 27 at the store on S. Parker Road.

Deputies detained 54-year-old Daniel Fougner, a transient, in connection with the shooting.  The victim was identified as Robert Goldsberry.

The vehicle was seen in the parking lot around the time of the shooting and “are believed to have witnessed a portion of the crime.”

The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking the driver to come forward and identify themselves.
