Chef Dan Widmann shows us how to make a Tirami Su Pronto.

Tirami Su Pronto


1 cup                           double strength coffee or espresso

1/3 cup                        sugar

2 Tbs.                          rum

2 Tbs.                          Amaretto

1 package                    store bough lady fingers


Tirami Su cream

¾ cup                         heavy cream

½ cup                          mascarpone cheese

¼ cup                          milk

1/3 cup                       sugar

2                                  egg yolks

1                                  iSi whip cream charger

Chocolate shavings, optional


  1. Combine coffee, sugar, rum and amaretto in a bowl and whisk together
  2. Combine all ingredients for the Tirami Su Cream in a bowl and whisk to combine. Place in a whip cream canister and charge with one charge. Chill for one hour
  3. Dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture and line a wine glass

4. Shake canister and pipe into wine glass and top with chocolate shavings if desired
