WINFIELD, Mo. — The mysterious disappearance of a missing 200 pound pig pits neighbor against neighbor. And it ended rather violently.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s office got a call for a domestic disturbance just after 10:30 p.m. Monday.
Joshua Finke is charged with felony first degree assault. Authorities say the 38-year-old victim and his roommates believed Finke had something to do with the disappearance of their 200 pound pig and confronted him at a home in Winfield.
A fight broke out and authorities say Finke stabbed the victim once in the back of the head with a screw driver and 22 times in the back.
The victim was treated and released from the hospital. We spoke with him on Tuesday, but he did not want to be identified.
Finke is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond. The pig is still missing. Police think it may have run off.AlertMe
