Dawn Bitz from Grasshaven Outdoor shows us how to make mini apple pies.

  1. Core and Skin apple - you can use red or green!
  2. Stuff the apple with butter, cinnamon, or get really fun with spices.
  3. Wrap the apple in its entirety in a croissant or pie skin and pop in the over per the directions on the dough you choose.
  4. Serve pipping hot with local ice cream and honey.
  5. Enjoy, we always do.
