DENVER -- A new music video by the Colorado band One Republic tells the story of a teenager who is living with and fighting cystic fibrosis.

The song was featured for the first time in the new FOX hit show "The Red Band Society." The video featuring Bryan Warnecke of Castle Rock debuts Thursday.

The teenager has lived with cystic fibrosis his entire life but he refuses to let it slow him down. He does things like being a hockey goalie.

He works hard to raise awareness about the disease and he raises serious money as well.

Warnecke and his dad biked across Colorado during the summer to alert people about the disease and generate donations that can be used to help fight it. They raised $350,000.

Justin Joseph has more about this teen's work and impact on others in the video report above.
