BOULDER, Colo. — A 19-year-old Boulder man was arrested after police said investigators found evidence of child pornography and sexually explicit conversations with an underage girl on his computer and phone.

Nasser Al Foori was arrested Thursday. He’s originally from Oman but is living in Boulder and was studying at the University of Colorado at Boulder, said Boulder Police spokeswoman Kim Kobel.

Police started investigating Al Foori after they received a tip on Aug. 27 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that Al Foori was having sexually explicit conversations with and underage girl out of state, Kobel said.

Investigators obtained a search warrant and found the evidence, police said.

Al Foori was taken into custody and is being held at the Boulder County Jail on a $10,000 bond, Kobel said.
