This billboard in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., is catching the attention of motorists.

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A controversial billboard is turning heads in Pennsylvania.

The sign can be found on a busy highway and was put up Wednesday by a local nondenominational church. It reads: “I (heart) Sex” — God.

A pastor from Restored Church says the message falls in line with the focus of his sermons next month that will all focus on sex.

He’s hoping the 11-by-40-foot billboard will grab people’s attention.

Some feel the message is strange and goes too far. But Pastor Dan says his congregation is excited about the upcoming sex talks and is hoping the billboard will attract new members.

Pastor Dan says there’s so much sex in today’s culture and the church needs to be comfortable talking about it. And sharing with church-goers what exactly God had to say about it.
