Man shot to death in Aurora; police have no details on suspect

A man was shot to death in the 1900 block of Clinton Street in Aurora on Monday, Aug. 25, 2014.

AURORA, Colo. — Aurora Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Monday night.

Police were called to the 1900 block of Clinton Street about 10:20 p.m. Officers found a male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital but died soon after arrival.

Police say they have no suspect information and aren’t sure what led to the shooting. The victim has not been identified, pending an autopsy and notification of next of kin.
